Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase if you wish to change or cancel your order. Since we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot make changes or cancellations once it has shipped.
How Do I Track My Order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as we ship your order. Typically, you will receive the tracking number one day after shipping.
How Do I Return an Item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, pictures of the item, and the original packaging. The item must be in original, sellable condition to be eligible for return. Our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions if we approve the return.
Will Shipping Be Covered for My Returns?
Return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer if the item does not have any quality issues.
